·     Warm Water
·     Lemon/Lime
·     2 Tbsp Rice Flour
·     1 Tsp Aloe Vera Gel
·     Rose Water/Milk
·     Almond oil/ Vitamin E oil
·     Lavender Essential oil (Optional)

STEPS:

·     Step no. 1:
     Soak Cotton balls or Cleansing sponge in milk and gently apply on your hands and feet.

     Wash your hands and feet.
·     Step no. 2:
Take Warm water in a bowl or tub and add one lemon’s juice and lavender essential oil (optional).
·       Soak your hands and feet in that tub for about 5 minutes.
·       Then gently rub your hands and feet with lemon peel or brush


·     Step no. 3:
·       Add Rice flour, Aloe vera gel, Rose Water/Milk, 1 tsp Lemon juice.
·       Make a thick paste after mixing these ingredients.
·       Apply this paste on your hands and feet for 10 minutes.
·       Wash your hands and feet with warm water.

·     Step no. 4:
Apply Almond oil/ Vitamin E oil on your hands and feet to keep your hands and feet moisturized

Step no. 5:
Now the time to apply your favourite nail paint or nail shiner, or time to get your gel nails has came.
